Alex Griego was fantastic he Explain everything fully went over options for us to get our vents cleaned as well as a different type of cleaning so we had two different opportunities which I believe we will be using. He also showed us the pictures from his cleaning and stuff that we should look at to either renew or might become a replacement factor. We have a home warranty, so we’ll have those pictures to be able to show them when they can replace it because they will replace the whole unit should something fail he was fantastic.

Alex Griego is the best technician and he is so thorough and explains everything so that I can understand. He is also very kind and answers all my questions. SinceI am a teacher, I always ask a lot of questions! I really appreciate how Alex takes the time to explain everything in easy to understand detail and shows me what he is working on and why! Thank you very much for sending him to help me with my heating and air conditioning unit. Because he is excellent at his job and shows me what an excellent company you are, I will be signing up for the membership agreement!
